Returns Policy

WATCHES
If your watch is damaged upon delivery we will exchange for an identical item within 14 days from the date of purchase.

If your watch experiences a fault within 12 months from the date of purchase we will exchange for an identical item. Flat batteries, wear and tear or scratches to watches are not considered a fault, and will not be eligible for exchange.

WATCH BANDS
If your watch band is damaged upon delivery we will exchange for an identical item within 14 days from the date of purchase.

If your watch band experiences a fault within 6 months from the date of purchase we will exchange for an identical item. Colour fading, wear and tear or scratches to watch bands are not considered a fault, and will not be eligible for exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
